Abstract

This article summarizes the regulatory requirements governing the inclusion, possession, and professional supply of dangerous drugs and controlled substances in emergency medical kits, ambulances, medical missions, and during international travel. It outlines the specific authorizations required from PDEA, the conditions under which licensed practitioners may administer or supply such drugs, and the strict documentation mandated for travelers carrying prescribed controlled medications. Emphasizing compliance with the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act and related regulations, the article highlights the potential legal consequences of non-adherence and underscores the need for physicians and institutions to be fully informed and compliant.
