The Philippine Journal of Internal Medicine (PJIM) enters a new chapter with its transition to a digital platform, building upon more than six decades of service to the Philippine internal medicine community. While scientific rigor, integrity, meaningful peer review, and relevance to clinical practice will continue to guide the journal, digital publishing offers new opportunities for researchers, reviewers, and readers to engage more actively with PJIM and contribute to its continuing legacy.
